While we constantly release minor improvements, we have some exciting product updates that we released today:
The Ability to Issue Loyalty Just For Services or Retail Purchases:
Until now, you have been able to issue loyalty for visits, or for the amount spent (E.g. For every 1000 spent, get 10 in loyalty rewards). We now allow you to choose whether a client will be issued loyalty points for:
Services and Retail items purchases
This is useful if you only issue loyalty for retail purchases or only for services (treatments).
When creating a loyalty programme, you are given this choice when choosing to issue loyalty for 'Amount Spent'.
SMS Campaign to Clients Slipping Away:
When creating an SMS campaign, you have the ability to send it to all clients, or a selection of clients. You now have the ability to send an SMS campaign to clients who are slipping away (Haven't been in a while).
When creating an SMS campaign, there are now the following options:
Clients whose last appointment was between 30 and 60 days ago.
Clients whose last appointment was between 60 and 90 days ago.
Clients whose last appointment was more than 90 days ago.
This can be valuable to re-engage with clients who have previously booked with you but have not been back in a while.
