A room is a physical location inside your business where clients can have their appointment done. Sometimes rooms can have more than 1 client present at a time, and other times, a room can only have 1 client present. A massage room or doctors room is an example of this.

Loading rooms is not required, but can be useful if you have many rooms and want to ensure that a room does not get double booked, or if you want to report on your rooms to assess their viability.
